Questions about how we use your data
How will you use my information?
Save Water Save Money is ISO27001 accredited which means it has obtained the international standard that describes best practice for an ISMS (information security management system), since 2013. Achieving accredited certification to ISO 27001 demonstrates that Save Water Save Money is following information security best practice, and delivers an independent, expert assessment that the data we hold is adequately protected.
Why do I need to provide my email address and a password?
We ask for your email address so you can pop away and come back again if you haven't finished answering the questions.
This is your personal platform to save water and reduce your bills. We don't expect you to save lots instantly, so it can act as a referral point for you to return and monitor your progress in the future. It also means you can return in the future to make use of exclusive offers, discounts on products & services and also new water-savings advice when available. Don't forget to keep logging in to see how your bills are improving.
Why do you need my postcode?
We require your postcode for two reasons. First, so we can work out the correct supply and sewerage charges, to make your results as accurate as possible. And secondly, so we can identify whether your water company offers free water-saving products which you can then claim.
